Definitions:
(a) Closing Date means the date stated as the Closing Date on the Competition Link;
(b) Competition Link means the website in which the competition is promoted and these Terms and Conditions are linked and readable from (whether www.facebook.com/Zambrero, www.zambrero.com.au or the Facebook page for any Zambrero restaurant in Australia);
(c) Draw Date means the date stated in the Competition Link as the Draw Date;
(d) Prize means the Prize stated on the Competition Link; and
(e) Promoter is Zambrero Marketing Fund Pty.
- The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 16 years or over except employees of the Promoter, Zambrero Pty Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Entry into and detail of how to enter the competition is at the Competition Link.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted.
- Closing time for entry will be 10:00pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) on the date specified. No entries will be accepted by the Promoter after this time and the Promoter accepts no liability for entries not received by it for whatever reason, including outages to internet services, or connectivity to or from the Competition Link.
- To enter this competition entrants must follow all instructions in the Competition.
- The winner(s) will be chosen on judgement by the Promoter at 12:00 noon on the date specified.
- The prize shall only be the Prize and the Prize cannot be redeemed for alcoholic beverages.
- The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable. The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The Promoter or Zambrero Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
- The winner will be notified by Facebook message within 7 days of the Closing Date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be redrawn at 12:00 noon on the next business day.
- The Promoter will notify the winner(s) when and where the Prize can be collected or redeemed.
- The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State in which the Promoter conducts its business as stated in the Competition Link and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at www.zambrero.com.au/privacy-policy.
- The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Competition Link or this webpage.
